What's the minimum order?
10 pieces for bulk pricing, and you can mix products to reach a tier. For fewer than 10, just order directly on the site.
Can every gift have a different name?
Yes, that's what we do best. Send us a spreadsheet with the names (and colours, where available) and we'll take it from there.
Can you add our company logo?
On selected products, yes. Share your logo (PNG or SVG) on WhatsApp or email and we'll show it in your mockup before you pay.
How long does a bulk order take?
It depends on quantity and product. Tell us your date in the form and we'll confirm a timeline with your quote, before you pay.
How do we pay?
Payment details come with your quote. Production starts once the quote is approved and payment is confirmed.
Can you deliver to multiple addresses?
Tell us in the form. Delivery to one address is simplest; multi-address delivery can be quoted separately.
